Shipping
We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt. If there
is any delay in sending your goods we will email you the expected
despatch date. In the unusual event that your order has not
been received 7 days after placing it, please contact us and
we will send a replacement to you, and investigate the missing
parcel.
Deliveries may be made by First Class Royal Mail, Recorded
Delivery or by courier. Please ensure there will be someone
at the delivery address you give us as most parcels will need
to be signed for.
Any orders returned to us because we were supplied insufficient address details are subject to a £5.00 re-delivery charge.
If a delivery attempt is made when you are not home, a card
will be left for you to arrange a redelivery. You can request
delivery to a workplace or friend/neighbour’s address
if that is more convenient to you.
Our Shopping Basket clearly shows how much you are being charged
for postage and packaging. The shipping amount will automatically
change as items are added to your basket. This ensures you
know exactly how much you are paying before you reach the
checkout.
Some items are despatched from different locations so you
may receive more than one package per order.
